Co-Creator & Cohort Contributor, South Dakota Good to Great Teacher Mentoring Program
Good to Great Teachers is a program aimed at empowering teachers in years 3-5 of their career by improving their practice and fostering self-efficacy in a community of educators for the purpose of retaining teachers. Lisa is co-creator and frequent cohort contributor to the program, which focuses on communication skills, classroom management and student engagement. Teachers who successfully complete the program earn three graduate credits.
